  • Scandicdesi.com offers to ship to Nordic countries. We are working with premier logistics providers to ship products to our customers.
  • Currently, we are providing free shipping within Norway only.

1. Ordering the Products :

  • Customers can select a product, use the Checkout process in the shopping cart and pay with the Payment methods we offer.
  • When we receive your order, we will confirm the order and automatically send you an order confirmation at the email address you provided. Please read the order confirmation carefully when you receive it and check if the order confirmation is in accordance with the order.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is sold out. In case of sold out situations you will receive notice of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer instead. You will have the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we make regarding your order or cancel the order. Furthermore, reservations are made regarding cancellation of orders intended for resale.

2. Payment

  • When you shop at Scandicdesi.com is part of Scandic Desi Designs AS the company that handles the payment. For questions about payment you can contact Scandic Desi customer center at support@scandicdesi.com.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT. The order overview will include all expenses related to the item such as postage, shipping, packaging etc.
  • As a means of payment you can choose from the payment methods we offer in the buying process. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card information is encrypted by the payments service provider, and we don’t save your card details in our database. Once we have received your order, we make a reservation on your means of payment to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase price and complete the transaction. If reservation cannot be made, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. You will receive information on any such cancellation.
  • If you use payment cards, PayPal or direct bank as a payment method, you will be charged when we confirm your order and delivery is initiated with us. This also applies in the case of pre-ordering products that will be available on time or have an unconfirmed delivery date. Klarna Invoice as a payment method is only available to private individuals only.

If you choose an invoice, this will be sent per. e-mail from Klarna within 24 hours after completed purchase, and with due date as stated during the purchase process. No extra fees apply for purchases against invoice. Please note that you must always provide a complete personal identification number with Klarna Invoice. Klarna will make an assessment to determine if you are going to trade for the selected amount. In this assessment, Klarna looks mainly at three things: your previous payment history with them, how much you want to trade and external information that Klarna retrieves from a credit information agency (a copy letter is sent by obtaining information from a credit information agency). It is thus a combination of several different factors that determine whether the purchase goes through. Should the purchase not go through with invoice, you can make the order with another payment method we offer. If you receive a financing offer as a payment method, the contract with the terms and conditions will be signed by you electronically during the payment process. This is an agreement between you and our finance partner. The account holder understands that the account is charged with interest on the amount outstanding at any given time, and that these are costs that are in addition to what is shown in the online store's order overview. In case of non-payment, the account is charged with a delay rate in accordance with the Act on Interest on late payment etc. of 17.12.76 no. 100. Fee is charged in accordance with the Collection Act of 13.05.88 no.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered via Normal shipping or express shipping as per the customer selection. We clearly mentions the if the products are eligible for free or required shipping fee.

  • If you have ordered more than one product, you may receive the products in separate shipments.

3.1 Normal shipping :

  • The product will be delivered to you in Normal shipping within 3-5 days (Sweden, Denmark and Finland may take 3 more working days).
  • The Normal shipping will be sent to your nearest collection point in possible shorter time.

3.2 Express shipping (Norway only) with extra fee:

  • The Express shipping will be sent to your address with next day delivery option.
  • If your orders come before 14:00 pm on the order day, the order will be delivered next day. If your order placed after 14:00 pm, the order will be delivered on the following day.

4. Order tracking:

  • We will send an email confirming the shipment of the order being placed as soon as the items are handed over to the Logistics Company.
  • The logistics company will send an SMS alert to you when the item is ready to collect at collection point or will be delivered to you register mobile number.
  • If for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
  • Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
  • If the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.

5. Return of items:

  • Scandic Desi is committed to providing its customers complete satisfaction. We strive to enhance the shopping experience for our customers while providing the best quality products and services. In order to ensure the same, we are always ready and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
  • In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us, within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from us, you may contact us with your complaints/feedbacks at support@scandicdesi.com and we will personally get in touch with you to resolve them.
  • All shipping costs of returning the defective or wrong products will be borne by us and the amount will be credited to your card or paid to the method you used to pay.
  • If you want to return an ordered product for any other reason, please contact us within 24 hours. If we accept the return the amount will be paid in credits and you can use this credits to shop any other products.
  • Custom Stitched Products will not be returned.
  • Please note that we will not accept to return of a used product or a preordered or custom made the product for you.

6. Complaints

  • After you receive the products, we recommend that you as soon as possible investigate whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transportation, or whether the products have faults or defects otherwise.
  • If the products have faults or defects, you can, according to the circumstances, demand a correction of the defect, replacement, price reduction, compensation or that the purchase be lifted. We may replace with new product that you like within the cost of the product you purchased.
  • Notification of errors and defects in the products can be conveyed to us orally or in writing. This must happen within 24 hours you received the product.

7. Right of withdrawal/ Cancel

  • The right of withdrawal gives you the right to undo your purchase. The right of cancellation applies to goods and to certain services. The right of cancellation assumes that no later than 14 days after you receive the delivery, the seller informs you that you will use the right of withdrawal, primarily by using the received right of withdrawal form, or in writing by letter, e-mail, SMS with reference to the order number.
  • If you have not received a cancellation form either in the order confirmation or on delivery of the products, this deadline is extended to twelve months after the goods have been received.
  • In order for the right of withdrawal to be enforceable, the product must be delivered to us in approximately the same amount and condition as you received it. All products must be returned to the seller within a reasonable time. Any return shipment must be paid by you. The seller is obliged to repay what you have paid, including postage for the shipment, handling fee, customs fees, collection fee, etc. Refunds must be made within fourteen days after the seller receives the product from you or the pickup or the product is made available to the seller. The product will be returned to us (with order number), if possible in the original packaging, along with the cancellation form (which is enclosed on the order confirmation you received by email)

8. Disputes

  • The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, you can bring the case to the Consumer Council near where you live. Party to the case is Seller, ie Scandic Desi (Scandic Cloud Solutions AS). All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law. If the case is brought before the courts, it will be settled in your (the buyer's) jurisdiction, it will normally be close to where you live in Norway.
